Hi Shahab, when I ran this test data for the "subsample" process, I encountered a RuntimeWarning: divide by zero encountered in scalar divide. Also, the distance matrix value in dimtrx_rep.txt was 0.

Hi, the test data is a very simplistic example to test wether the basic Skmer commands such as reference or query work. I would suggest using a more realistic example for subsample and correct.
