I can't use the obfs plugin #1720

OS:Centos 7.3
Libev Vesion:3.1.0
Obfs Plugin Vesion:0.0.3
The config.json is:

"plugin":"server-obfs",
"plugin_opts":"obfs=http"

The libev program can restart,and there is no error log.
And the port had no date translation.
Please help me,thanks.
