iGate TX mod?

Hi,

I have build and coded an iGate with ESP32 which connects to APRS-Is and is working as a typical APRS LoRa igate

but I've modded to also TX some responses to the tracker

I was wandering if there is a way for coding the iGate ESP32 to receive info from APRS-IS to retransmit messages to trackers the way the VHF Digitales works
