- 4 oz shredded carrot
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 scallion (optional)
Quarter, core, and thinly slice the apple
Combine mayonnaise and vinegar.
Add carrots and apple slices.
If using scallion, chop it very finely and add.
Toss and serve.
