Eliminates a level of indirection in flow tree construction and uses 'display' to construct flows.

Sorry the PR comment could have been better. More important than the indirection is that the previous implementation used basically a state machine for determining whether to create a new inline context or whether to use the old one. Passing around the actual flows made it much more clear to me to see why this traversal is fundamentally inorder.

Also, I think moving some of the methods around provides a little better separation of concerns: LayoutTreeBuilder constructs flows, and BoxGenerator constructs boxes. This is a relatively minor change though.

Cool, thanks for answering. Can you append this to a layout design wiki page somewhere? Once enough facts are appended, we can think about how to organize the information for consumption.

Add support for specific blend modes per batch.

Also track the previous blend mode while drawing batches
and only set it when changed.
