I was wondering how you could easily embed a YouTube-Video to play on the site.

You probably could use Youtube shortcode if you are implemented the single project layout and use content part inside *.md files.

It would also be nice to have a consent cookie option, before the YouTube video is visible. Something like this:

consnet cookie
