Can not understand anything! What to do after installation?

After cloning, I did the following:
git submodule update --init --recursive
and
cd Xerxes && mkdir build && cd build && cmake .. && make
What to do next?

I tried to write it in different places, but it does not work! It thinks this is a directory.
./Xerxes -H

Make a normal instruction!
