I have tried three different Mascs - the build available in Readme link ( from Google drive ) for MacOS does not work on Intel based Macs at all.
I tried two other Macs, one is M1 Pro and M2 - the GUI cannot find camera on any of the numbers I put in. I tried 0 onwards , I even tried adding external USB camera. It does not detect any cameras.

Try running the build on a fresh MacOS from the zip file on Google drive and see you will not be able to detect target on 0 or any other number when you click RUN
