Hi there,
I have a question about long term historical storage, and how that is supported. Is this functionality built in, or will we rely on for example QuantumLeap / CrateDB ?

Hi Thomas,
We are not fixed yet. Here, we are more familiar with InfluxDB.

Any feedback is welcome.

@gghabri We are also using influx her at Alexandra Institute for our IoT timeseries datastore. I do not have a lot of experience with CrateDB, but I know it is the one used by Quantumleap: https://smartsdk.github.io/ngsi-timeseries-api/
I am not sure if NGSI-LD is on their roadmap though:

@gghabri another good reason to use InfluxDB or CrateDB is the build in support by for example grafana or other tools that allow quick visualisation of timeseries data.
