Get all the stats for a date range

We have various types of stats global stats, category stats, and subuser stats.
For some users, being able to pull these stats and send them somewhere is ideal.
Please create a nice helper for pulling stats from each of these locations so that the data can be sent to a database.

@thinkingserious Ive taken a look at the Mail helper, and from what I could see it serves as a query builder for the request. So, would you prefer to keep the helpers (including this one) in that form, or would you prefer something thats more of a wrapper for the sendgrid client?

Also, the docs cover stats and stat sums for some of the stat types. Would you like both of these covered?
