Scope

Publish the retained API-surfaces sweep (116 proposals, 33 surviving layer/repository pairs, 83 refutations) and correct its follow-up routing. nvidia_gpu_exporter is KEEP of the existing 1.15.1 install, while the anthropics/skills rerule and agnix/SkillEvaluator trials require judges who cannot see arm identities. Concrete private source locations are normalized throughout decoded records, including raw copies; the glued tokens and all four test-skip reasons are recorded.

A separate policy commit scopes the inherited legacy code-search token exception to dated sweep records AND complete public commit-reference lines. Bare token-like values without commit context, references in other paths and modern token forms remain detected. The policy is measured through the actual pinned scanner against synthetic Git repositories.

  • Base commit: 6a948897c65afd92bb6fdf3492cb1cabce323e23. The retained publication, scoped scanner policy and CI-wiring commits are rebased onto this main tip, followed by one Dagu locator correction. Explicit json.load comparisons of the manifest and returns against 4e886a68a4e05b4f812815d3fb1e76c8401c1580 are identical; serialized keyword spelling and its dependent bindings are the publication delta. The policy commit changes no research object or .gitleaksignore entry. The rebase preserves every original PR-owned file except the declared Dagu citation and registry regeneration.
  • Lane: lane:foundation.
  • Owned paths: the dated catalog, saturation ledger, API-surfaces evidence records, generated component evidence matrix, rule-scoped scanner configuration, regression module, decision records and evidence registry. The Dagu decision's four matrix locators are now 4744,4765,7257,7278, with its native hash binding refreshed.

SOTA sources

  • native-agent-stack at b7dfe638fc825a52ff4e7d1a9ccf2fde7de889fd: tools/sota-convergence/landscape-sweep/README.md:631–658, build_manifest.py, make_result.py, scripts/saturation_ledger.py, scripts/component_matrix.py, and scripts/host_receipts.py:710–727. The shipped generators and registry helper bind the corrected records; no harness implementation changes.
  • gitleaks/gitleaks v8.30.1, config/gitleaks.toml and report/finding.go: the exact CI-pinned scanner, with archive SHA-256 551f6fc83ea457d62a0d98237cbad105af8d557003051f41f3e7ca7b3f2470eb. A retained comparison's rule-name keyword now uses ordinary JSON Unicode spelling; parsed records are unchanged. The original unmerged commits were squashed to remove their public commit-pin overmatches from this PR's ancestry, with scanner policy and both allowlist files unchanged.
  • utkuozdemir/nvidia_gpu_exporter source at bad832c024bc315021d8f3cfdfdb5ef524510f5e: README.md, retained source-review artifact. The separately supplied host observation identifies the existing 1.15.1 workstation-gpu install; this publication does not rerun that observation.
  • The other 30 completed upstream source-review artifacts retain each repository, reviewed commit, license and documentation excerpts. Mergiraf's Codeberg review remains explicitly pending.
  • state:FINAL.md, SHA-256 77e17817d8ecc8e53329ac32303ece8dc4e86eaf67cba1e3ae36196aa328a109, and state:mcp-wiring-handoff.md, SHA-256 c15d5d1d9b39d3699cb03cb16b84d71e7f6964a5d623cc1b7d2c1a6506805d38, identify the retained research sources without exposing private directory layouts.

Evidence-class table

Claim Evidence class Command / record
31 completed upstream reviews covering 32 surviving layer/repository pairs source_review reviews.json and its commit-pinned artifacts
Pending Codeberg provenance and git-github-automation reopen local_integration source-reviews.stderr.txt, mergiraf-review-pending.json
Corrected bindings, unchanged proposal counts and first five ledger rows local_integration Native result builder, ledger append/check, scripts/validate.py
Required harness behavior synthetic The two module test runs below; four cases remain skipped

Local commands run

Current rebased-head validation: nice -n 10 ionice -c2 -n7 python3 scripts/validate.py, rc 0, 11,084 hashed files. The previous native ledger check retained rc 0, six rows with intact chain and verified bindings; ledger bytes are unchanged by the P3/rebase.

Both modules used PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 PYTHONPATH=. timeout 600 nice -n 10 ionice -c2 -n7 python3 -B -m unittest -v <module>:

  • tests.test_saturation_ledger: rc 0, 98 passed / 99 run. One skip: jsonschema is unavailable; the native ledger --check is the enforced check.
  • tests.test_landscape_sweep_harness: rc 0, 286 passed / 289 run. Three skips: CONTEXT_MODE_SECURITY_JS is unset, no real Bash 3.2 binary is available, and ShellCheck is unavailable.

Whole-PR added-line and decoded-value scans report zero concrete private source paths. Skipped cases are unexecuted boundaries, not passed cases.

The native matrix generator regenerated both artifacts: scripts/component_matrix.py --write and --check, rc 0, 32 rows and zero flip-rule violations. The required pre-cue base_tests_at_head.sh ran on the amended head with rc 0; no existing test file is modified, so it ran no baseline test file. Tree equality with prepared 30e80b85 was established for the preceding squashed 4e886a68 head. The amended delta preserves the two parsed research records, using complete Unicode keyword spelling and refreshed native bindings. The installed scanner's default recursive decode depth is5, so clean raw spelling alone establishes no clean git result. The pinned ancestry test and directory scan run after the authorized force-with-lease publication; their measured results are retained at the content-trial checkpoint.

Policy regression: tests.test_gitleaks_record_commit_context passed 5/5 with the native8.30.1 binary, no skips and default recursive decoding. tests.test_gitleaks_config passed 37/37, no skips. Both used GITLEAKS_TESTS_REQUIRED=1, timeout600 and reduced-priority local execution. Policy-head validation passed with10,962 hashed files. The final named ancestry and directory checks run after the leased policy-head push; their results and the required two family micros/CI are recorded separately.

The secret-scan job now runs the new regression module as a separate invocation in the same step that installs and exposes the checksum-verified8.30.1 binary and sets GITLEAKS_TESTS_REQUIRED=1. The8 validate shards keep their existing scanner-free behavior. Current-head native validation, ancestry and pre-cue checks pass. Hosted run37921811482, secret-scan job113791275642, is successful: all five new cases executed, followed by Ran 5 tests in 2.190s and OK at 2026-10-09T11:10:02Z. The existing scanner module also reports37tests/OK. Overall CI and the designated reviews remain separate required gates.

The P3/rebase reran the requested modules separately under timeout 600, nice -n 10 and ionice -c2 -n7: tests.test_component_matrix passed63/63, tests.test_evidence_manifest passed5/5, and tests.test_validate passed68/68, all rc0 without skips. Native evidence-manifest check passes11,084 rows. The required pre-cue tool at this exact head/base6a948897 returns0, with no modified existing test file. The pinned native ancestry test passes1/1 and the directory scan reports zero findings. Prior hosted proof is explicitly at predecessor0d2861dd; new pull_request CI and the two designated micros remain required on the rebased head.

The rebase registry conflict was resolved through the shipped host_receipts.register_file helper, then all48 owned bindings refreshed and normalized natively. Every main binding outside those paths and every non-files registry field is preserved. No registry row was hand-built. Own-delta proof shows the original48 PR files excluding the registry remain byte-identical; the only added own path is the Dagu decision with its four corrected locators. Main's changes remain separate from the PR's own delta.

Decision record

evidence/artifacts/landscape-sweep-20261009-api/publication.md records the superseding existing-install and blinded-judge rulings, source hashes, normalization and limits. The exporter retains its historical proposal and votes but is excluded from current new-adoption routing. The manifest plans link the two trial candidates to the blinded-judge requirement. The original 116/33/83 research outcomes and the existing two retained-failure reopens remain; the pending Codeberg gap adds a third reopen.

docs/decisions/2026-10-09-gitleaks-sweep-commit-context.md records the separate rule-scoped exception, exact path families, recursive decoder reference and native positive/negative regression evidence. The AND condition requires both an allowed sweep path and the complete commit-reference context. Modern-prefix controls include same-line contexts with native finding-column checks.

The original native source-review run exited 1 for unsupported Codeberg; its 31 supported reviews remain retained. The original child-usage capture exited 1 and preserves documented post-processing. Both designated reads, CI, the required pre-cue tool, CC cue and owner decisions remain required before landing through 5f.

Host evidence

No host receipt is added by this publication. The exporter facts are supplied host observations, not a new native proof from this lane.

Checklist

  • No new required secret or paid hosting surface.
  • Peer-owned files and worktrees preserved.
  • Native validation and required module checks complete; skip reasons disclosed.
  • Both designated reads, CI, pre-cue tool and CC cue complete.

Keep one publication commit on the merge base and retain the research
outcomes, five-row ledger prefix, exporter KEEP, blinded-judge routing
requirements and neutral private-source identifiers.

Include the native-generated component matrix refresh and the authorized
complete Unicode spelling of the shared scanner-comparison keyword.
Explicit json.load comparisons of manifest and returns against 4e886a6
are identical. Refresh bindings for the serialized bytes without changing
any scanner policy or allowlist. Native decoder-aware git and directory
checks measure the outcome separately; spelling alone proves no pass.

…deferred detail (#913)

* Render source-built architecture and per-role adoption evidence

* fix(local-pages): restore receipt evidence and defer architecture tables

* fix(local-pages): confine architecture reads and declare inventory custody

* fix(local-pages): guard Architecture inventory and exclude frozen receipts

P2-1: remove two unused frozen input grants. Derive the eligible receipt
union from pinned registration metadata and the tripwire's own eligibility
declaration, excluding frozen/protected paths; 4650 becomes 4648. No artifact
body use, descriptive-pin waiver or runtime-discovered permission.

P2-2: pass the independent reader through the complete inventory build and
cache signature. Authorize exact canonical content inputs before opening or
hashing; protect both lexical and canonical aliases; parse/hash the same
captured bytes. Newly discovered unlisted sources stop publication/cache
reuse without changing the previous published page or receipt.

User agent and service configurations use separate exact metadata grants
and native descriptor-relative no-follow stat, never content hashes. Only
exact installed SKILL.md assets receive user content approval. Bounded
64KiB capture avoids allocating a logical large bound for a small payload.

Full-builder regressions reproduce both reported forbidden reads at ddb,
then verify zero forbidden opens and prior publication preservation; cached
discovery, aliases, unlisted metadata, late symlinks, growth budgets and
unknown hash comparisons are covered. Prior immutable Adoption/source and
evidence boundaries remain intact. No rebase; ONE authorized fix commit.

Fix the decision record of the compounding rule text,
docs/decisions/2026-10-11-compounding-rule-text.md. The six rule
surfaces do not change.

- Approval: the owner approved section 1's proposal, the first
sentence, at 22:01Z. The second sentence was presented as an optional
clause and the owner's answer did not single it out; the command
center (CC) included it under the owner's delegation, because it
restates the owner's own no-dates direction. The owner was told at
23:44Z, with the option to drop it. The record cites the ruling's
addendum-01 and the SHA256 of each sentence.
- #172: restated with its recorded supersession at 22:18:17Z, under
  which guard bypasses are follow-ups (research-queue row 23). #1014
landed as ccff876 with only the one-letter POINTER_VARIABLE suffix.
- PR triage: 3 fold receivers (#878, #927, #958) merged without their
  4 donors (#804, #915, #870, #829), citing the triage's addendum-01.
- What the second sentence leaves in force (F1 of the trading lane's
read of us-equities-trading #87): it forbids a date as the trigger
that starts work, and every time bound the contract states as a fact
  or protocol window stays.
- Checks: the budget test's sentence now says what the test does (the
first GPT read of this PR):
  test_growth_in_any_loaded_file_crosses_the_fixed_budget fills the
available headroom in each loaded file in turn, verifies that
equality with the ceiling passes, then appends a two-byte UTF-8
  character and verifies rejection.
- manifests/evidence.json: the record re-registered with register_file.

* Rule text: work compounds through reviewed, cited repository records

Add the compounding sentences of the command center's ruling, section 1
(sentence 1 owner-OK'd at 22:01Z; sentence 2 included under the owner's
delegation, ruling addendum-01), to the "The ecosystem compounds" bullet
on all six always-loaded rule surfaces: AGENTS.md, the portable Claude
block, the Codex template, the scaffold and the two new-WSL carriers,
regenerated with new_wsl_client_config.py --write-blocks.

- tests: a fail-first test that every layer and native renderer carries
  the sentences once, in place (9 failing subtests before the change);
CORE updated; the Codex top-rule pin re-derived (2,296 bytes); the
startup byte ceilings raised by a dated comparison to 6,895/7,001.
- docs/decisions/2026-10-11-compounding-rule-text.md: the dated trigger,
evidence, surfaces, user-level pickup, budget comparison, checks and
  overturn conditions.
- manifests/evidence.json: the changed files re-registered.
