Scope
Align the repository with the CC's applied Codex and Claude tools windows: Semble0.6.2, jCodeMunch1.108.330 and Codebase Memory0.11.0's vendor-owned native setup. Current registrations and carriers use the canonical CBM name; the MCPorter bridge alias and dated evidence retain their own identities.
e28d0eec112527ac02659ac23753533b8ed39a73.lane:foundation.The later Claude receipt proves native registration, four hook events, skill and three agents, plus the CC's actual
effort:maxadditions. A separate Claude instruction-pointer marker remains unverified. The portable worker timeout60 is preserved; its namespace edit does not prove an active D04 profile apply.SOTA sources
src/cli/agent_clients.c:21andagent_profiles.c:294–303establish the canonical key and exact Claude hyphenated prefix. The binary'sinstall --skip-binary --clients=<client>owns native agent assets; the archive shell installer is a different interface.plan-wf_8703c159-c6d.json, step28, and retained Codex r3/r4 plus Claude2119Z step/log digests, bound inevidence/artifacts/ns2604-tools-window-20261006/receipt.json.docs/lanes.md:96–128, native handbook builder,scripts/host_receipts.py:710, and README/CI's documented unittest driver.Evidence-class table
source_reviewsource_reviewlocal_integrationsource_reviewgh api --cache 120sreads; returned hashes and exits retainedThe old complete jCodeMunch landscape row is preserved byte for byte as a standalone object with one final LF. Its four original API checks remain; three actual reads append current selection/release metadata. Published wheel digests remain registry metadata, not newly downloaded/rehashed package bytes. Earlier failed windows and native jCodeMunch config-check1 remain recorded.
Local commands run
Tests and generators ran at
nice -n 19 ionice -c3, one at a time, with durable UTC/argv/native/sanitizer records outside/tmp.Retained failures: the proposed pytest command exited1 because pytest was absent; the documented unittest driver was used without installing a dependency. Historical/current pin assertions, carrier budget/handbook copies, and the maintained handbook hash mirror exposed failures before their bounded source repairs. The201-test related suite's single hash-mirror failure is retained; its failing contract then passed. No check was disabled or skipped to obtain a pass. Full details are in the compact receipt and durable command records.
Decision record
docs/decisions/2026-10-06-native-codex-tools-window.mdnames alternatives and overturning evidence. A completeness critic's two findings are corrected: current machine-facing release predicates derive from actual metadata, and current Semble attribution no longer rewrites the historical amendment.docs/decisions/2026-10-06-native-handbook-receipt-custody.mdrecords the later immutable-record correction. The newhandbook-receipt.jsonlinks the prior artifact by path and SHA256; its old bytes and all dated decisions are preserved. The unchanged builder still generates the same outputs. The full handbook module passed after the pointer change and additional historical-link digest assertion; existing byte-change rejection controls remain.Host evidence
No new or changed
evidence/hosts/receipt. This PR applies repository sources only; the CC owns host application and active-client configuration. Installation/readback is separate from native smoke, eligible organic counters, upstream suites and independently adjudicated S4.Checklist
