### 2026-09-29, later, main `16f3c7fe`

- **The trading lane is owned again.** `ecosystem-roadmap-2026` holds it from about 00:45Z on the user's instruction. Merged since:
- #362 (`d0636239`): execution-order fill replay;
- #486 (`0617f516`): #215 part 1, per-symbol recovery exits and a whole-exit budget before submit. #215 part 2 and the trial C run-loop stall stay open;
- #480: the data-only overnight BOATS volume watcher;
- #463: the mover research record.
- **Paper series frozen for 2026-09-29.** They run from a read-only clone of `b528bb55`; the offline gate ran 402 tests, all OK. Series:
- A: pre-market on account 2, 07:00 ET;
- B: regular hours on account 1, 10:00 ET;
- C: after-hours on account 2, 16:00 ET;
- the incentive monitor on account 2 from 03:55 ET.
Caps are 150 requests and 130 submits per minute, and any HTTP 429 stops a series. Receipts follow each series. This updates P-NOW-2, P-NOW-3 and P-WK-1 above. The paper keys are 0600 env files since 2026-09-29, the user's "store with env so no key is loss" (inventory entry via #481).
- **R-NOW-1 (asof re-collection), #485.** The primary estimand E1 has not run; its three frozen private inputs live on another host. The secondary estimand E2 ran: 594 of 594 events pass on as-of data, and ticker reuse explains none of them. A repair round is paused on Claude capacity.
- **The foundation half of F-LT-1 is authorized but deferred for capacity; it has not started.** Per `native-agent-stack-76`, the user lifted the landscape-sweep hold for the 20 foundation layers on 2026-09-29. That session stopped its one-layer smoke and holds the heavy stages until the Claude weekly reset (2026-09-30 18:00Z; 74-75% as peer 2d reported). It also holds the GPT-6 lane until a credit or the Codex weekly reset (2026-10-04 00:35Z; 94%). Preparation on `16f3c7fe`, staged and ready:
- the ledger check passes;
- the freshness manifest checked 483 repositories with 0 errors;
- 51 pins lag upstream across 33 components, none individually reviewed. Token-relevant ones are headroom 0.37.0 against v0.39.1 and socraticode 1.15.0 against v1.16.0. codex and dagu are deliberate holds.
- F-2W-3 (#471) is on main, so the absence-refuted candidates re-enter.
The 12 trading layers stay staged. The trading lane will schedule them after the paper series, depending on Claude weekly capacity.
- **Durable memory: ai-memory is a candidate only.** The user restated that ai-memory is a candidate while the memory evals run, not an assured winner. That matches the recorded target above (S3 decides; ai-memory is the reference arm).
- **Capacity.** The shared Claude weekly window read 71% at 05:07Z and about 75% later (resets 2026-09-30 18:00Z). Codex weekly is at 94% (resets 2026-10-04 00:35Z). Non-critical Claude fan-outs are paused across sessions, and GPT-6 reviews run through native Codex.
