At that revision the frozen table pointer, the five role bodies and the preregistration tests were re-verified, and the six token-lanes block hashes were recorded. - The six original rtk observation commands were recovered from digest-verified originals. - Both 150-entry history originals were recovered by byte-exact regeneration at each receipt's catalog_revision. The #462 decision record gains a dated note: the unscoped `skills remove -g -y` is the complete form, with a no-other-copy precondition, per skills@1.7.0 dist/cli.mjs removeCommand.
