After a Desktop restart, the five configured MCP connections worked but Context Mode's installed plugin cache was empty. The upstream plugin command restored version 1.0.169 without changing the global configuration. The handbook now includes a reusable task prompt, actual returned command fields and a sanitized receipt for this restarted task; the offline HTML embeds the same guide.
The source retrieval matched the original byte for byte, jCodeMunch reported a same-process estimated increase of 4,970 tokens, and seven fresh native usage records matched Loki. Context Mode's mixed historical totals and the absent fresh Prometheus sample remain explicitly unattributed. Failed reporting attempts and the successful repair are retained. These results do not establish universal baseline superiority or exact provider tokens avoided.
Validation: repository and catalog integrity checks, all 13 recorded convergence consistency records, deterministic HTML check, and 73 focused catalog/HTML tests passed. Independent review verified all 11 private capture hashes, reported fields and privacy boundaries. Browser acceptance is recorded separately for the embedded handbook.
