In the "Table Top TTPs" section is stated:

TTPs chosen for the exercise should be classified as follows:

TTPs that are not blocked or prevented - these will provide little value in the exercise but could be emulated if the TTP needs to be highlighted as a concern

I would like to suggest "not prevented or logged" this makes more sense in the context of the bullets below
