1.30 - "SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list"

After trying to upgrade my docker container from 1.29.1 to anything higher (starting at 1.30) I can't click anything in the browser after it loads up the login page.

I see this error in the browser console:
"Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list[main-4d70c0f126b71a37.js:1:66770]"

Any ideas?

Just remembered I do have nginx sitting in front with this config I stole from google:
