Because we updated sbt-ci-release
The publishing is failing because we need to move the project to central @fthomas

This is not blocking the Scala release!!
The configuration is directly read from GitHub

I moved the namespace and updated the credentials and publishing seems to be working again: https://central.sonatype.com/service/rest/repository/browse/maven-snapshots/org/scala-steward/scala-steward-core_2.13/0.33.0-89-64516559-SNAPSHOT/
