Hi!

In your demo http://sayan.ee/angularjs-pdf/ choose "2" at the page inputfield of the toolbar:
page 2 is shown.
Then press the next button >
page 21 is shown.
The number "1" is appended to the number that was prompted in the inputfield which is not correct.
