ssl options missing from version 2.0 #344

there are a few options missing to configure ssl on httpi.
these options will be added to master and documented here asap.

if something's not on master yet, let me know what's missing.

added the global :ssl_cert_file, :ssl_cert_key_file and :ssl_ca_cert_file options, documented them and released version 2.0.2. i consider this a bug fix release as it doesn't affect any other part of the library. also, it was working fine with version 1.x.
