Disallow manually deleting orders #824

Expected Behaviour

In the Orders list, I should not be able to delete an order but I should be able to cancel it.
If I ever need to delete an order, I can use the Admin to do so.

Actual Behaviour

In the Orders list, I can delete an order (rightmost trashcan icon) which is dangerous because the next nightly automatic order generation will recreate it.

Proposed solution

In the Orders list page remove the trashcan icon and add the cancel icon (just like in the Kitchen count Review orders list).
