Cannot see priority in list of staff notes #816

Expected Behaviour

  • In the list of staff notes, it should be obvious to see which have Normal or Urgent priority.
  • The priority should be displayed in the first column, at left of the category column.

Actual Behaviour

  • Cannot see priority in list of staff notes

Steps to reproduce

  • Staff notes / Reset / look at the list
