Regarding Slip-044 (Chiliz, Genom, Teslacoin, WaltonChain)

Hi, during testing in my app, using coin info from slip-0044.md.
There were 4 coins Chiliz, GENOM, Teslacoin and WaltonChain where (Coin Type + 0x80000000) was not equal to Path Parameter.
All the other coins gave the expected results (Coin Type + 0x80000000 were equal to Path Parameter)
