How to pass continuous_covariate_keys to scVI integration method within IntegrateLayers?

Hello,

I am using the IntegrateLayers() function with the method=scVIIntegration argument. I would like to pass continuous_covariate_keys to the function so as to regress them out during integration (%Mito, nCounts_RNA, etc.). Is there a way to do that within the IntegrateLayers function call, or is there a way to modify the scVIIntegration function itself to achieve that goal?
