Feature Request: Genicam Support

Hello,

I'd love to see this work with Genicam (https://github.com/genicam) for full functionality use with GigE vision cameras...
I've yet to get one so haven't tested anything, I'm assuming I can get the stream with ipcam driver but the extra features of Genicam would help with CV applications, and with BoofCV you could do everything in Java...
