What happened?

After a file is created, the file doesn't appears available to be added as context.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a file with ClaudeDev
2. Try to add the created file as context "@"
3. 'No results found' is show

Using the option "Developer: Restart Extension Host" resolve the issue.

the extension tracks your root workspace, do you have multiple workspaces open?

I should have.
But the same happened after closing and opening other workspace.

same issue here, installed claude-dev tried to add a file using @, got 'no files found'
closed workspaces reopened and still no files found

• Open another workspace or folder
• Create a file using ClaudeDev
• Try to tag @ the file
