Adding adresses to a third party payer during New Client creation form (Work-in-Progess) #27

Expected Behaviour

When doing intake for a new client, it is sometimes know that a relative (i.e. emergency contact) will deal with the payments. During the creation of the client's file, we should be able to add an address and then assign that contact as the 3rd party payer.

Actual Behaviour

During the creation of the client's file, there is a step to list referring contacts and emergency contacts but no fiel for adding the address.

Then on the next step, we are asked to indicate who's paying for the service. We can't select the contact created during the previous step as they are not saved in the db yet and don't have an address entered for the 3rd party module to use.

Therefore, we need to set the new client as being billed "Same as Client". Complete the client creation form. Go into the admin. Find the MEMBER who's going to be responsible for the payment. Add their address manually in the admin. Go back in the UI. Find the client. Edit their billing info and then select the relationship (as they now have a valid address).
