classes section in sa.json lacks descriptions. currently the description can only be added locally by manual editing of the json file and committing to the repo

GTA III and VC already have brief descriptions for each class, e.g.
https://github.com/sannybuilder/library/blob/master/gta3/gta3.json#L29414

can be used as an example
