Recognize Cleo for Android Scripts as Compiled Scripts

Cleo for Android scripts, *.csa and *.csi, have not been fully integrated into Sanny Builder. This leads to regular frustration when trying to decompile these scripts.

• CleoA scripts are not displayed as a Compiled Script file type when using the Decompile (F5) interface.
• SKIP_SCM_HEADER must be enabled. This results in the $External directive being applied to the beginning of the script. Recompiling results in a .scm file.
• No checkbox Option to associate CleoA scripts with SB. This is a minor issue as the associations are easy enough to manage with Windows, but contributes to the impression that CleoA scripts are... second class citizens.
