Project overview tab - issue with scrollbar

Describe the bug
Upon scrolling down the project overview tab, the moment we leaves the scrollbar. The viewport aggressively shifts to top thus unable to view the project details.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to sanity website
2. Create a project
3. Create a blank project
4. Open up it's overview tab
5. Now try to scroll down to bottom of the page

Expected behavior
Scroll should be smooth and we should be able to see the overview section clearly.
