Description of the bug

The Busco process fails when to run correctly when genomes reach a certain size due to filling up the available tmp space. In modules.config the BUSCO process is set to enable scratch = true, this should be changed to only be the used for smaller genomes. I encountered this issue when running the pipeline for Corroboree frog (Pseudophryne corroboree) using a samplesheet generated from fetchngs
