Looks like this version is out of sync with DefinitelyTyped and @types
How can the newest version get published to @types?

@samvloeberghs working through the chaos that is caused because of the tight coupling of DefinitlyTyped and @types
As long as there is no possibility to redirect from DefinitlyTyped to another repo like suggested in microsoft/types-publisher#4 the Typings need to be included at DefinitlyTyped
