If you can't find a solution i hope what i did works for you.

Install nodejs. Heres the download link https://nodejs.org/en
In VS code click view, terminal, and cmd
Type "npm install" in cmd
Type "npm run dev" in cmd
Click http://localhost:5173/

@Chamellia tried it but when i type npm install, it gives me some errors
