Delete databases/bz2Pickle.py since it is not used anywhere in sage, provides no useful functionality, and hasn't been touched since the creation of the mercurial repo.

Strangely your patch doesn't have an "author" field. I assume the release manager needs that for the repository history. Could you try to re-export the patch with a full header?
