Nimsuggest seemingly checking every nim file on my system

I've just followed the instructions for setting up nimsuggest in Codium but am getting these info messages (many of them, this is just what was showing at time of screenshot):

Problems tab is often reporting 1K+ problems now and it keeps taking focus to the Nim Language Server output tab as it is constantly trying to reinitialise every nim project it can find.

I wonder if this might be related,
I have reports about libs, which I don't care about.
