Notes are created at 41.6900000, 12.7100000 if users skip first step with a direct link

I reported this already in osmlab#122, but I just checked and it works like this also in this fork:

I'm struggling since months with notes created at these precise coordinates: 41.6900000, 12.7100000

I did a test (here). A note is created at those coordinates if a user skips the first step ("Start by telling us where your business is located.") at https://su.openstreetmap.it/ by using a direct link to https://su.openstreetmap.it/#details

is there a way to avoid it?

Sì, però l'utente è costretto a specificare un luogo per iniziare la procedura. Questo a meno che non acceda direttamente allo step successivo raggiungendo il link diretto https://su.openstreetmap.it/#details, che è il motivo per cui esistono tutte quelle note errate
