HAT-P-32b Sample Data for EXOTIC

First release of sample data for EXOTIC (github.com/rzellem/EXOTIC).

The folder HatP32Dec202017 is the default dataset and will work out-of-the-box with the inits.txt file downloaded with EXOTIC.
