Allow PR's with Issue Key found anywhere in title

Would you be open to adding perhaps an option that if that PR doesn't start with an issue key that it could try to see if it contains and issue key some where in the title?

Example: HOTFIX-AB-123
Example: Fixing issue AB-1234 blah blah
