Package always installs ic-ajax 2.0.1

I've found that npm install-ing the latest version of this package always installs ic-ajax 2.0.1 rather than 2.0.2. I have a repo here which has the node_modules checked-in showing what's been installed. It's possibly something to do with the bundledDependencies changes as installing 0.2.1 installs ic-ajax 2.0.2.

I'm on Node v5 and npm 3.3.12. I also tried it on npm 2 and 3.5 and still got the same result.
