Windows Server will not launch

Describe the bug
Server GUI program will not launch or stay launched

Describe the environment
Windows Server 2019 latest 1.12

How to Reproduce the bug
Installed via instructions on Rustdesk website with NSSM
Ran the server installer file in the downloaded zip file. Double click on the shortcut it puts on the desktop. Quickly see the window border before it closes. It places a icon in the taskbar, but when I hover over it it vanishes.

Expected behavior
The window should open and stay open and the taskbar icon should stay as well until it is closed.
