📌 Summary

Add sse transport support for both client and server

✨ Changes Made

  • Introduced HyperServer , a http server based on Axum for handling sse and multi-client connection to the server
  • Introduced new transports : SseTransport for MCP Servers and ClientSseTransport for MCP Clients
  • Updated documentation, and examples to demonstrate sse transport functionality
