Custom build server

Many components for tier two built targets are not available [link]. As a result, I would like to host a build server for people facing the same issue as me so this process can be easier for them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Whilst network proxies are supported, a simple way to specify a custom build server and documentation on what endpoints/files this server should host would be extremely useful!
