You can set rust-analyzer.files.exclude for specific directories but there's no general configuration for now |

Whenever I open my main projects folder, rust-analyzer springs into action to start rust-analyzing the first Rust project it finds in one of the subfolders. It's not really disruptive, I guess, but it is a bit of an annoyance. Is there any way to set RA to not look for projects in subfolders of the one that's open? I've been given a suggestion involving the
"rust-analyzer.linkedProjects": [...]setting but it feels kind of hacky and, to my understanding, would still leave a bit of a gap in coverage. Some sort of"rust-analyzer.checkSubfolders"setting would be the dream here but, as far as I can tell, it doesn't seem to exist at this time.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
