The same Cargo.toml was used except for the version number (0.4.6). It worked fine for the previous version, 0.4.5

All builds on the latest nightly are failing because rust-lang/rust#116019 was merged before #2225 was deployed.

I've pinned the toolchain back to yesterday's nightly and will requeue all the builds that failed today.
