Sorry for tooting my own horn, but there is a new upcoming mutation testing framework: https://github.com/llogiq/mutagen – it's not ready yet, but some major components are in place and I'm currently mentoring issues where the solutions will get us into a usable state. Noting this in the tools news could bring in more contributors, which I would cordially welcome 😄.
