Comment back if user types incorrect command #7

If a user types terraform plan or atlantis badcommand it would be nice to comment back on the pull request with an error. Otherwise the user might wait until they realize it was wrong.

I think we should comment back on:

  • terraform\s.*
  • atlantis\s.*
