feat: adaptations of additional helpers packages from go-kit

Description

• Adapting change for additional helpers introduced in go-kit.
  • sanitize.Unicode for sanitisation of the payload.
  • kituuid.GetMD5UUID for generating mds hash.
  • stringify.Any to stringify the payload.
  • config.ValueLoader.
  • kithttputil.GetRequestIP to get IP from *http.Request.
• Since the grpc got upgraded, grpc.Dial is deprecated now. Using grpc.NewClient in tests in here and here.

Dependencies

• Needs to merged post go-kit changes are released.
