Thanks for creating Inter typeface, I'm using it since it was called Inter UI.
Inter typeface is so similar to Helvetica and SF Pro and it's why I really like it.
It'd be so good if we had a "compact" variant for Inter family.
It's all about the width and spacing of letters and shape of some letters like ( e, g, a, ... ) (they're not fully rounded).
Here are some examples and references:
There doesn't seem like much of a difference to me. I use Inter at 10pt on a KDE Linux setup, and it looks great. Of course, I'm no typography expert - I'm just speaking from experience here.

of course it's a great typeface, it's just a suggestion to make the Inter family even bigger & greater ;)
