Cannot change Open API without destroying infrastructure #1

terraform apply for your Open API project
Change the Open API
terraform apply again
Get error "Error: error deleting API Gateway Deployment (zo26pi): BadRequestException: Active stages pointing to this deployment must be moved or deleted"

Any ideas how to get around this?
