Privacy Policy link in the footer leads to a 404.

The privacy policy should generally detail how information the user inputs is stored. It does not need to be complex.

We need to decide our retention policy for access logs and audit logs

Sessions are stored in Redis for the same length as the cookie exists (14 days).
